How reports are verified

Court records are federal ADA lawsuits about websites, imported every hour from CourtListener, the Free Law Project's public archive of court dockets. Anyone can also post a demand letter or lawsuit without an account. If you attach the letter or complaint, we review it privately and mark the report as verified. We don't show a business's name on a self-reported claim unless it's verified.
